For hygiene reasons, please wear undergarments when trying on items, and ensure products show no signs of use or washing. When returning, please provide your order number (found in your confirmation email). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to product quality issues.
Sizing Guidance
We recommend checking the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, sizing up is advised for a more comfortable fit. We currently offer one free exchange with a prepaid return label for the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Subsequent exchanges will include free return shipping, but new order shipping fees will apply. If the size isn’t right, feel free to contact us for assistance.
