Where is my order?​

You can easily check your order status by clicking here. If you have a bovagu account, log in and visit the ​My Dashboard​ section to view recent orders and real-time tracking details. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Still have questions? Contact us here.

Can I exchange an item from my order?​

Yes — customers in the U.S. can request an exchange online or in-store within 30 days of delivery. To start the process, visit our returns portal at returns.allofo.com. Please note that exchanges are not currently available for international orders.

What is your return policy?​

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Can I modify my order after it’s placed?​

To ensure quick delivery, orders are sent to our fulfillment center immediately after purchase. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes or add items once an order is confirmed. If you’d like to include additional products, please place a new order on our website.
